BEFORE THERE WAS WELLNESSQ, THERE WAS MY OWN JOURNEY WITH WELLNESS

Hi, I’m Radhika.

For years, everyone thought I was healthy. I was thin, I looked fit – but I didn’t feel well.

Migraines, hormonal changes, gut issues and thyroid concerns made me realise something quite early:

Healthy dikhna aur healthy feel karna – dono alag baatein hain.

So I did what many of us do – I tried harder. I exercised. I trained in Yoga, Ashtanga, Mat Pilates, Zumba and Yoga Nidra. I tried popular diets, superfoods and every new wellness trend that promised results.

And honestly? Kuch time kaam kiya… until it didn’t.

The weight would go, then come back. And every time it did, so did the frustration.

Eventually, I stopped asking:

“Ab aur kya try karoon?”

And started asking:

“What am I missing?”

That one question changed my journey. I studied nutrition and began looking at wellness as a whole – food, movement, strength, rest, hormones, gut health, stress and habits.

I stopped chasing trends and came back to the basics.

Simple food. Strength. Movement. Rest. Consistency.
No fads. No detoxes. No starving.

And slowly, things (and my body) begin changing.

But my biggest transformation couldn’t be measured on a weighing scale.

I became fitter, stronger, more energetic, Calmer and more balanced. And somewhere along the way… more at peace with myself.

That personal journey also became a journey of learning.

Before we decide what needs to change, we need to understand why.

So, I started this journey wanting to transform my body. What I found was a better relationship with myself.

And somewhere along the way, my journey stopped being just about me. A dream began taking shape – to help others find their own way to feeling healthier, happier and more at peace with themselves.

Why I created WellnessQ

Because getting healthier shouldn’t mean putting your life or your happiness on hold.

My own journey made me realise something.

Most of us already know a lot about being healthy. Problem information ki nahi hai. The real struggle is making that knowledge work in our everyday lives.

And I didn’t want WellnessQ to become another place that simply tells you:

Eat this. Don’t eat that. Exercise more. Be disciplined.

I wanted to create a space where, before asking “What needs to change?”, we first understand:

Why is this happening?

Because sometimes it’s about food. Sometimes stress. Sometimes hormones, habits or lifestyle. And sometimes, the patterns we struggle with today have roots in experiences we’ve carried for much longer.

That’s why WellnessQ brings together Mind Reset, Body Healing and Habit Reset – looking at you as a whole person, not a problem that needs fixing.

And whatever your goal, I believe your wellness journey should still leave room for life!!

Aapki diet aapki life mein fit honi chahiye. Aapki life diet ke around nahi.

No starving to lose weight. No guilt because you enjoyed a celebration. No waiting to reach a number on the scale before allowing yourself to feel happy.

My goal isn’t to make you dependent on another plan.

It’s to help you understand yourself, build what works for you, and eventually become confident enough to carry your wellness forward on your own.

Because wellness isn’t something you complete. It’s something you learn to live with.

What I hope for you

That wellness should give you more life - not more rules!

To quiet the noise outside, connect a little more deeply with yourself, and realise that you don’t have to wait for the perfect body, the perfect number or the next big milestone to feel good about your life.

Most of all, I hope wellness stops feeling like something you’re constantly trying to achieve…and starts becoming something you simply know how to live with.

Because happiness isn’t a reward waiting for you at the end of your wellness journey.

Thodi si khushi, thoda sa sukoon - perhaps we can learn to find some of it within, right where we are.

What WellnessQ believes

Wellness, the way I believe it should be.

01
UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU CHANGE

Pehle WHY. Phir HOW.

Your habits have a story. Your body has a story. Before trying to change either, let’s understand them.

02
NOURISH. DON’T PUNISH

Healthy hone ke liye bhookha rehna zaroori nahi.

Food shouldn’t come with fear. Movement shouldn’t be punishment. Wellness should make you feel cared for — not deprived.

03
MAKE WELLNESS FIT YOUR LIFE

Aapki life diet ke around nahi. Diet aapki life mein fit honi chahiye.

There will be shaadis, holidays, celebrations and “I just don’t feel like it” days. If your wellness can’t survive real life, it isn’t sustainable.

04
LOOK WITHIN, TOO

Har answer bahar nahi milta..

Sometimes, change begins by understanding your thoughts, emotions, old patterns and the relationship you have with yourself.

05
LEARN IT. LIVE IT. OWN IT.

The goal isn’t to need me forever.

I want to give you the understanding and tools to eventually make your own choices — with confidence.

Because the best wellness plan isn’t the one you follow perfectly. It’s the one where you no longer have to think so hard about living!
